Are you impatient?  I am.  If I am working on something, I want to see results NOW!  Unfortunately that is not always the way it works, especially if you are trying to improve elements of your dancing.  In fact, I think it took almost a whole year for me to stop getting negative comments about my turnout.   In order to increase turnout, improve stamina, or to finally be able to keep those arms in while dancing, a CONSISTENT set of exercises must be done.  This means that you can’t work on it one week and forget to do it the next if you want to see results.  You must keep at it CONSISTENTLY until you reach your goal.  A lot of determination and a little bit of grit will keep you CONSISTENT.
